This ornamental "Flowering Cherry" is also known as "The Great White Cherry".
It forms a medium-sized deciduous tree with a broad spreading crown.
The pure white, single flowers can be up to 6cm in width
The young leaves deep bronze-redin colour, later turning green then yellow and orange in autumn.
Best in an open sunny position and where the wide, spreading habit has adequate space to grow.
Can easily reach 5 metres in both height and width.
