This is a pendulous form of the "Norway Spruce".
Unless a sprawling shub is desired, it needs to be staked to the required height after which it wiil weep to the ground.
It can form a very interesting feature in the garden bed or patio pot.
It is beautiful in spring when the pale green new shoots contrast with the mature dark green foliage
